FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €70 - Delivered within 3-5 working days. 

Please note orders above 4kg including outerwear will have an additional €5 added to the shipping price.

You will not be charged customs fees on your order shipped to a country inside the European Union.

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties, and this will be charged accordingly by customs in THE COUNTRY

 

RETURNS 

 

Return Policy:

Please ensure the timely return of your item(s) to us, no later than 14 days from the purchase date.

 

Refund Options:

All returns must be made via postal service (La Poste), including parcels sent to pick-up points. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return must be made within 14 days upon receiving the parcel. Beyond this period, we will not be able to process the return.

When returning an item, the parcel must include the original purchase invoice or a copy. Please indicate your request on the invoice.

For all return requests, Jeans Industry will only provide a refund or store credit.

Return Requirements:

Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned in original packaging
- Show no signs of wash or wear
- Tags must remain undamaged and attached
- Free from stains, hairs, or odors
- Hygiene seal intact for underwear and swimwear

We retain the right to return your item if it fails to meet the above criteria. You will be responsible for the associated return costs.
