How to return?

 

Returning from France

In-Store Returns:
We gladly accept returns in-store for both online and in-store purchases within 14 days from the purchase date. Simply present your order confirmation, e-receipt, or store receipt for processing. Please note, returns cannot be processed without proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:
The refund will be processed upon receipt of the parcel and verification of the various criteria mentioned below. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Exchanges:
Exchange free of charge for any item(s) stocked in-store or redeem the value of your exchanged item(s) for a future purchase.

Returns from outside of France:
Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Show no signs of wash or wear
  • Tags must remain undamaged and attached
  • Free from stains, hairs, or odors
  • Hygiene seal intact for underwear and swimwear

We offer refunds to your original payment method for items returned within 14 days from the delivery date. This policy applies to all payment methods, including Buy Now & Pay Later options.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting the above criteria. Duties and taxes are non-refundable for successfully delivered orders.

Alternatively, you can ship your return to us using your preferred method. Please retain your return receipt until we confirm receipt of your return.
